Pastor Dan has been leading First Baptist Church in Annapolis for 12 years. Originally from Virden, IL, he and his wife, Ginger, have deep roots in ministry. Ginger grew up as part of the Lester family, and together, they traveled and served alongside the Lester family for 23 years. Pastor Dan is passionate about sharing the love of Christ and guiding others in their spiritual journey, and he is excited to continue serving the Annapolis community.

Ginger has a heart for leading others in worship and creating an atmosphere where people can connect with God. With years of experience in ministry and music, she brings a passion for both traditional and contemporary worship styles. Her deep love for Christ and her commitment to serving the church family shines through in every service. Ginger’s leadership encourages and inspires others to engage fully in worship, drawing closer to God in spirit and truth.

Miranda is dedicated to keeping our church organized and creating a supportive environment for staff and members. As our Admin Assistant, she works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. As Church Clerk, she ensures accurate record-keeping and helps maintain the flow of church business. Additionally, Miranda serves as one of our VBS Directors, using her creativity and dedication to create an environment where children experience God’s love and grow in their faith.  

With a passion for using technology to enhance worship and ministry, Justin oversees everything from Sunday services to special events with great care. As Church Treasurer, he manages our finances with great care, integrity, and attention to detail. He also leads our annual Vacation Bible School, creating an exciting and engaging atmosphere where children can experience the love of Christ and grow in their faith.

Lyndal is passionate about helping students grow in their faith and build strong, lasting relationships with God and one another. With a heart for youth ministry, he creates engaging programs and activities that encourage spiritual growth, fun, and fellowship. Lyndal is dedicated to guiding the next generation of believers, supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges, and empowering them to live out their faith boldly.
